We deliver rubber mulch by freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight is already in the price you see, and the truck sets your pallets down at the curb.

Where We Ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories. We also cannot deliver to a P.O. box, because a freight truck needs a street address it can pull up to.
What the Price Covers
The price on the screen is your delivered price. It covers the mulch and the freight to your address. We do not add a shipping charge later. Whether you use the calculator or go straight to checkout, that number is the number you pay.
How It Gets to You
Your order ships on pallets by freight truck. One pallet holds 75 cubic feet. That is either fifty 1.5 cubic foot bags or one super sack, depending on the packaging you chose.
The driver lowers your pallets to ground level at the curb, at the end of your driveway, or at the closest point the truck can safely reach. Bags need no equipment. A super sack does: it comes off in one piece, so the site needs a loading dock, or a forklift and a pallet jack. The driver does not move pallets into your yard, your garage, or your back gate. We do not install.

Order Size & Process
You can buy up to 7 pallets in one online order. That is 7 pallets in total. Every color in your cart counts toward the same 7. It is not 7 of each color. If you need more than 7, you have two ways to go.
- Place a second order. Two orders of 7 pallets each ship the same way, at the curb.
- Ask for a truckload quote. A full truck costs less per pallet. It arrives on a box truck or a flatbed. You unload it, so you need a forklift or a loader waiting on site, plus a pallet jack to move pallets around. We go over the details with you before anything ships.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Some take a few days more. Spring is the busy season for mulch, so a spring order can land at the longer end.
These are estimates, not promises. The carrier controls the truck, so we cannot lock a date. A rare, wide disruption can push a delivery much further out. During COVID-19, some freight shipments took as long as 90 days.
Setting Your Delivery Day
The carrier calls you to set up the delivery, usually one day ahead. They use the phone number on your order. Give a number you answer, and keep it with you that week. Someone has to be at the address to meet the truck and sign for the load.
Getting a Truck to Your Address
Give us a complete, correct address that a full-size truck can reach. Then look at the last few hundred feet before the drop.
- Narrow streets and tight turns
- Low branches and low wires
- Soft ground, loose gravel, or a steep driveway
- Gates, guard booths, and posted truck limits
- A clear spot for the pallets once they are on the ground
A guard who turns the truck away stops the whole delivery. Tell us before you order if any of that sounds like your site. Working it out ahead of time is much easier than solving it while the driver waits.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can change or cancel any time before your order ships. Call or email as soon as you know. Once it is on the truck, our Returns & Refunds policy takes over.
