Every order is final once it leaves the plant. Before it ships, you can change it or cancel it for a full refund. Painted colors carry our 12-year color guarantee.

Before your order ships

Email us and we can change the color, the quantity, the delivery address, or the date. If you would rather not go ahead at all, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Reach us at support@softscapeoutdoor.com. The sooner you reach us, the more we can do, because once a load is scheduled with the carrier it is on its way.

Once your order ships

Sales are final once the order leaves the plant. Rubber mulch travels on pallets by freight truck, and sending pallets back costs about what the mulch itself costs. That bill would land on you. We would rather spend the time getting your quantity right before anything ships than hand you a freight bill on the way back.

That is why we spend the time up front. Use the calculator, or send us your square footage and depth, and we will work out what you actually need before anything is charged.

Every painted color carries our 12-year color guarantee,. Email support@softscapeoutdoor.com and we will send you a copy.

Refunds

A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Expect it within 5 to 10 business days once it is issued. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
